I've never had an issue here when getting stuff done. Getting renewals, registration or plates have all been quick, easy and simple transactions. The staff are helpful and generally friendly.

certificate of dissolution, cant do in house, told within 7 days took 16 actual days and 4 phone calls, told would ring back never did had too keep chasing. very poor service

This review is for examiner ….I’m giving one star because can not give less than one …otherwise he don’t deserve even one star ..He’s here to make money only .. I guess he get money on every Road Test .. he fails intentionally..should check his record of pass percentage….he Purposely confuse you ..show his hand on other direction and speak other ..better give test some other location …

I can’t believe how unprofessional. The young girl that was assisting me may have had the answers but she was eating while she was helping me. Good for her for choosing fruit, but seriously? There was nobody behind me in the building, so she had more than ample opportunity to eat after I was done.

The girl working named Lisa got my renewal done extremely fast and I had a pleasant experience with her! She saved me money by not using credit, and she was very professional! Great job

Lucas is absolutely amazing! He's informative, he's kind and he's quick! I was trying to figure out what was so different about his service, so I was watching the other employees work.The woman beside him was giving one word answers, she didn't look at who she was speaking to and she never greeted them with 'hello' or 'goodbye'. The gentleman beside Lucas was quiet and seemed to be more on the shy side. He, too, made little eye contact or conversation. Lucas, on the other hand, was exceptional - in his service, in his information and in his direction. He was calm, composed and seemed passionate about his job.I went in to get a marriage certificate and over the course of three days, I dealt with Lucas twice and both times, he was great. If you can't give him a raise, give him a cake and a day off. He deserves it!(Wouldn't hurt to have him train the rest of the team. Registries aren't typically fun, but it's a lot more exciting to have people who care about you on the other side of the desk).Thanks, Lucas!!All the best!

I’m standing in line at the Chestermere Registry to get my license renewed. There are 10 of us in line and 2 tellers. Are there any other employees in here??? It’s only 4 pm… it’s going to be a long afternoon

Friendly service, Nice staff. There was a bit up of a line up but okay given the evening. Overall they will help you with everything you need help with!

Staffs are very patience. I saw elderly Pakistani couples who r not good with speaking English but still staffs of Lake registry try their best to explain procedure. These kind of staffs create an environment where everyone feels welcome, heard, and valued. Hats off to u guys.....
