Worked there for one year. I put up with micromanaging belittling and sworn and yelled at by management. Best thing they ever did was fire me for no reason. Turnover of employees was very high. Upper management should take some courses on how to treat their employees.

Horrible company. I would not even give them one star, but this was my only option so I could leave a review. Mismanaged and very unorganized. There is high turnover for a reason is all I can say.

If I could I would give this company a negative star if it was an option, not even worth the one star rating I gave this company. Horrible company. Stay far away unless you want to be micromanaged all the time and have abusive employers. High turnover speaks for itself.

Mainland is a great place to work. I have had the opportunity to learn valuable skills that advance me in my employment. The management and employees are easy to work with and very helpful. The culture is fantastic.
