With such a small crew working under the boss they will dilligate their time to best suit your needs. They have lots of material and trade secrets to allow you to do the work yourself if they can't provide the service in the time you ask. I got a zipper and basically an instruction manual on how to replace my favourite backpacks main zipper. They are the best!!
