They repaired my hot tub, the leak is sealed and last year replaced a faulty heater element. both repairs were done in a timely fashion. Services was excellent.

Brought a blower motor back that burned out after 3 months. Was assured item was covered under manufacturers warranty. It has been over 2 months and still have not resolved the issue after repeated visits and phone calls where they are supposedly" going to call me back within an hour"

Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable. Dave was interested in knowing out needs and providing advice about the best product for us, which was not the most expensive or fanciest tub. The team worked really hard to get it installed and working properly. They respond to questions and issues quickly and make you feel like your business is important to them. Refreshing.
