Amazing job!!! The crew showed up on time and put in a long day.They were professional and did an awesome job. My floors were pretty bad after years of dogs running on them. They now look brand new!I would highly recommend this company!. well done Shah!!

WARNING do not hire this guy SHAH**GOOGLE SHOULD NOT ALLOW SUCH A SCHAMMING COMPANY TO BE LISTED**I hired this company (Shah) to refinish my 2 million dollar house, at first everything is great, he comes with a smile, he brings his crew, however after receiving the deposit he starts to bring two dogs to my house, without any consideration of my kids. Their dog made a mess in my front yard but thats not what made me upset the most. Their sloppy job and butchered sanding, damaged my hardwood floors which they did not take responsibility for. They have done an aweful job on the staining and asked me for more of the balance becouse they were not sure if they can make the floors good. When I explained to Shah why he is not going to get paid for the rest of a job he did, he started to get angry. He left my house halfway done and blocked my phone number. Now I have to pay another 10,000 to redo my house I am uploading picture of my upstairs floors for you to see their work. after they ruined my basement stain they left the upstairs unfinished and ran away.

My mother recently hired this company to remove 40 year old broadloom with disintegrating under-padding and refinish the hardwood floors underneath to match the rest of the home.They ran into a snafu when removing the carpet and to no fault of their own but due to staples and nails in the carpet, pieces of parquet flooring came up with the removal. My mother was was so disappointed because she didn't want the added expense of a new floor and she wanted the floor to match the rest of the home that has parquet as well. After exploring several options, the company actually re-glued every piece of tiny parquet pieces that came up with the carpet removal.Even with this set-back which cost them at least 6 hours, they were still able to complete the sanding and refinishing on time. The colour they chose matches the rest of the house. They tidied up, there was hardly any dust and they hauled away the old broadloom.Happy parents and happy daughter. I would highly recommend Toronto Hardwood Refinishing!
