Saint Albans Rental Car

I had a blow out in a hybrid which doesn't come with a spare. Erroll and his trusty crew brought me a replacement loaner to my house. This is my 3rd time with a rental and the service is constantly improving!

Ethan and the crew at St. Albans Rental Car were so easy to deal with. It was the best rental car experience I’ve had and will certainly be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

These guys were great. Blaze was a pleasure to work with. The prices are extremely reasonable and they had a rental for me with only a days notice. Definitely check them out for a local car rental. Highly recommended.

Got a rental from these guys and received great service from Errol. He explained the whole process and answered my questions with a smile. Hello:I wanted to send along this note outlining my wonderful experience with St. Albans Rental Car!I have been a salesman my entire professional life and have had the need to use car rental services for many years. Never a favorite 'adventure' and, quite honestly, they all offer a very similar experience...until now !!!St. Albans Rental Car truly stands out as the premier car rental company for a variety of reasons. All of the Toyota vehicles are immaculate and smoke-free and when I rent during the winter months the cars all have 4 snow tires...this is huge. The app is very easy to use and I can make all of my arrangements from the comfort of my office before I leave on my trip. However, what I find most amazing and convenient is that they offer free valet service...when I arrive at the airport, they are there waiting for me with my car...all at no additional charge and they also offer free pick-up and drop-off. This is the ultimate hassle-free experience, especially for an old road-warrior like me!Of course all of this would be relatively unimportant if their rates were not competitive. Well, they are very competitive...clearly lower than all of the national brands and they also offer free unlimited mileage and free 24/7 roadside assistance.For these reasons, I am a customer for life!Thank you for offering your wonderful service!

Set up a appointment for a Rav4, asked for a last minute switch up to something bigger for a couple of days and Errol was awesome, helped me get into a Sienna he was very professional. Place is feasible I would definitely recommend and return for business again.

My family and I had an excellent experience renting an SUV and with our representative Eroll as well as the driver who dropped off our vehicle. They were very accommodating dropping our vehicle off at Smuggler’s Notch and allowing us to drop it back off at the Burlington Airport. They also didn’t have a problem when we surprisingly needed the vehicle an additional night after our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night. Without them we would have had to sleep at the airport with 2 young kids. Thank you for the clean vehicle and fabulous service. I would highly recommend!!!

Needed a car last minute while my daily was getting repaired, Ethan really pulled through! It was a breeze to set up the rental and even easier to set up the drop at the auto shop. Will return to Saint Albans car rental next time we need another set of wheels!!Only negative (and honestly, I have to dig deep for this): they do go heavy on the air freshener, so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to strong scents!

The staff of St Albans rent a car went beyond my expectations in providing my rental. Everyone was very kind and courteous, the dealership was clean well maintained. Curtis is a stand out associate. His level of customer service was frankly, amazeballs. I highly recommend!!
