If I could give this store 10/5 stars I totally would! I came in for an emergency oil change because my service light came on. I am from Calgary and came to Edmonton for vacation. I had a complimentary courtesy check with my oil change done for my Nissan Altima and William A gave me a breakdown of what was a safety concern for me vehicle. He helped me get back on the road to Calgary with a great peace of mind for my vehicle. Thanks so much Midas and William! I will definitely be back whenever I am in town!

I live so far from here, but this place is well worth the trip and the only place I trust to get work done on my car. At this Midas the front desk was so kind and went the extra inch in every possible way to fix my car. Overall I was surprised by the personalized care, and I would recommend this specific location to anyone & everyone.

I went in for a transmission flush and the manager Braden at the 97st location went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step they took with my car. Definitely a place to go to for amazing service and knowledge.

Braden and Alex were extremely helpful in getting my car in for repair. I needed to relpace spark plugs and transmission fluid, and Braden went above and beyond when the spark plugs they had on hand weren't the correct ones for my vehicle. Everyone here is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and hard working. I will definitely be coming back here if I need anything else fixed on my car. Thank you!

Braden and his staff are amazingWe had a few hiccups with my service but I was patient and he did all he could to make it a great experience!! I have been here twice and would recommend them to anyone!! He is professional, great to talk to and ensures his guests are looked after! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thanks guys for another outstanding job!! As long as Braden and his team are around I’ll be a returning customer!!!

We have been coming for years and they had been going through manager after managers but now the guy they have Brayden is a keeper. He is really nice. I hope they keep him for a long time. Very accommodating.

Braden was extremely helpful in getting my car in right away to have my alternator replaced. The mechanic's were also very good at replacing that as well as my brakes. Thank you for all the help because I can be quite a bind moving around the city without a vehicle and busses don't go near my work early enough for me to be on time for my shift.

Braden was incredible and super helpful. Really nice guy; great customer service. Really helpful to a couple of students just getting out of university. You just got two new regular customers!
