Today November 5th around 12:30 we went in for a new mattress. I have to tell you this was the best customer service I've received at this Leon's!!! Stephen, you were amazing. Very respectful of our budget and concerns. There was no pressure from Stephen. I truly appreciated his kindness, knowledge and help he gave us. This man needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service as you have a great employee there and I hope he stays. I will only be looking for Stephen the next time a purchase needs to be made. Thanks Stephen for everything.

Store is fine but website is a problem. Cannot find what is in stock in the store or what delivery might be without ordering an item. Want to know delivery before placing order.

We tried hard to buy something but staff are not interested at all lol. I am not surprised why this place is empty. I would give one star but they have nice stuff in the store.

I've been a long time customer of Leon's Huntsville, always satisfied with the service I receive. During COVID19 we needed a new fridge (ours died) and thought I would get my wife the stove she's always wanted too but no one had them in stock. Ordered online from The Brick Huntsville as they were able to deliver with in a few days. The Brick sales person told me she couldn't help me unless she got the commission so I let her return my order and ring it under her number so she could get the commission. Two months later and I still didn't have my range, so I canceled my order with The Brick and called Huntsville Leon's who had one in stock and 5 days later it was sitting in my kitchen. Happy wife happy life now.Thank you to Tony who made sure I received my range super quick and the delivery guys who were very helpful with getting it into my kitchen during a pandemic. I should have just ordered it from Huntsville Leon's in the first place and save two months worth of frustration.Will continue to shop at Leon's in the future, Tony went over the top by making sure I got a no tax sale that started a week after I ordered my range from him saving me over $200 too. Loyal customer for life.I have to say I'm very impressed with a business that replies to all of their customer reviews online. Keep up the great work!

I found a great laundry unit online for $2398 and called the Huntsville store. They had a floor model I could purchase right away and I had intended to proceed until halfway through the call when Grants demeanour changed my mind. The call was going great until I asked if they participate in any type of price matching promotions as Home Depot had it for less, $2395. (Lowe’s will beat lower prices by 10%, so if Leon’s did too that would have saved me $239.80.) The incredulous response and disdainful tone was unnecessarily rude. “You want me to reduce the price by three dollars? Seriously?” That took me aback and I explained some companies will offer lower prices by 10% when presented with higher competitors prices so I wanted to check if they did something similar. His next response was that “he doesn’t play those games.” A very contemptuous reply, again. In that moment I knew I didn’t want to step foot in this store. I thanked himfor his time and we ended the call.Perhaps he had not considered how this type of response demeans those with tougher financial circumstances. As someone who has not been able to work for 4 years due to a car accident, yes, asking about competitive pricing is worth asking about. Nothing worth trying to embarrass me over. I felt small and stupid for asking a simple question. More than I wanted this washing set, I didn’t want to reward poor customer service with a commission. I purchased from his competitor Best Buy within the hour. For me, it’s not just about an excellent product but how you treat me while you are conducting business. I was a salesperson for 9 years and respect is a must. Kindness is not difficult and the most basic trait of a good salesman. Please refine your customer service skills.

Let me start by saying I would choose 0 stars if I could, and here's why. M wife and I went into the Huntsville location to purchase a bedroom set(bed and 2 night stands), we were told by the sales person that there was no stock in store and when we asked if they could get it from another store we were told there was nothing in Ontario, at which point he tried to sell us on something else that they had in stocks. I then called the Barrie location and they said there was one n Newmarket and they could have it for us in 5 days, and for $500 less then the Huntsville store. So not only did the sales person lie to us, he did so just to sell us on something. We don't appreciate being lied to and having this sales man try and take advantage of us. Needless to say we will never step foot in this store again and I would recommend others to think twice before doing so.

Tony is the best. He was so very helpful, giving me lots of information and advice about the compact washer and dryer that we were interested in purchasing. We communicated by phone and email. He even used his days off to assist me. Thank you Tony!!!!
