This was the fastest most competent computer service I have ever used! John was at my home business within a few hours of my call, fixed my problem, made some great suggestions and didn't waste time but was friendly. I not only would recommend Same Day Geek to anyone but have used them any time a problem arose in the last 5 years..

Let me tell you about the Same Day Geek! These guys are the best!!! John super helpful and nice! But best thing is they are quick service!!! And they do the Job. But honestly the best thing is that these nerds dont over charge! they dont bill you for things you dont need. they just do whats necessary and they do it well. John even gave me a free piece of hardware not only did he NOT overcharge me for this hardware . he gave it to me!!! no charge. Super professional and super courteous! and im not family or friend just a real customer happy to recommend these Nerds!! Well run business!!! Keep up the good work guys!!

John was wonderfully helpful and patient! He installed a new computer, keyboard and monitor for me, along with an external CD/DVD drive/player. John proceeded to answer all my many (!) questions and to assist me in beginning to learn the new screens and applications. I very much appreciated all his expertise, understanding and explanations, and look forward to his assistance in the future with the purchase and installation of a new printer to accompany my new computer and monitor! Recently had my computer serviced by Same Day Geek and they were amazing. Dmitry was extremely professional and explained what the problem could have been and why with my computer as he was fixing the issue and made sure to try everything to find the problem. My computer is now working great! Great service and would use this company again!
