I only wish I could put zero stars had nothing but problems with this company did not finish the repair and expected to get paid .....Avoid having your home destroyed by Gas Company

no call no showscheduled a month out, 10-12 arrival wed 11/10/21I called that morning around 11 to confirm and they said yep it's from 11-1 and tony will notify me when he's 30 min out..that never happened and now I can't get any contact whatsoeverso far company is a total joke

These guys did tuckpointing on my chimney a decade ago and were great. I recently called them to re-tuckpoint and fix an outdoor fireplace and they sent somebody out and I only received the estimate for tuckpointing. For weeks I have hounded them to get an estimate for the fireplace (which is falling apart) and they won't call me back or return my emails. If they don't need my business they probably don't need yours either.

DO NOT USE. We contacted them to repair the concrete cap on our chimney. They took a 50% deposit to schedule the service, and said they were booked approx. 2 months out. I had to contact them in order to know what date and time we were scheduled for. That day came, and no one showed during the time I was told and again I had to call. When they finally did show up, they were completely unprepared to fix the concrete cap and thought they were installing a metal cap which you can clearly see we already have. They said we would be hearing from a boss within an hour, and again radio silence. We called the next day and were scheduled for a Saturday between 10-noon. Come Saturday, AGAIN no one showed and no call. They gave us no reasoning as to why no one showed again. We are now waiting to get our deposit back. Literally a scam.

Never even called back..when I needed service.Update : chimney Cricket actually rebuilt an entire chimney several years ago as an insurance job. Just had a camera inspection & was told that the chimney was rebuilt but they did not replace the clay tile inside so the chimney is unsafe to use" Really Chimney Cricket ??"
