Parking is next to impossible to find a spot. Appointment time is not handled efficiently. They take too many patients at the same time; consequently, too many patients waiting at the waiting room for 1-2 hrs. Very bad system for a workflow but they have great staff and great doctors though.

Dr. Leah Wittenberg is the most amazing eye surgeon! Her staff is second to none. Amazingly well run place, very busy. This is the newest and best office.

If only they could answer the phone line. There is no message option or recording like before.

Dr Levasseur had been amazing and was kind and understanding with me. I have severe medical ptsd and he was patient and understanding.Their ofc is slow. The receptionists are a bit abrupt Appts take forever and the lights in the ofc hurt when your eyes are dilated(every appt)I have had 1st if 4 surgeries. I think dr. Levasseur did an amazing job and fully trust him. He has always been honest abd forthright with me. I value thatI will update his review when i get more surgeries done and can report back on our success.

They were very pleasant to everyone.

Dr Wittenberg is the best, so friendly and easy to talk to. Staff have all been awesome as well every time I come.

3rd appointment in 6 months, first one was on Friday long weekend. Dr Dande very short with me, could not ask any questions, spent 3 minutes in the room with me. Left confused what the next step was. Called in and was scheduled for a follow consultation. Showed up and doctor was not available… huh? Multiple patients there for 7:30am appointment, all for nothing. Also told only option was to go to other locations hours later. Could not as I had work, like most people. Reschedule for 2 months later for 7:30am Friday morning, guess what.. doctor Dande not in again but could try to get in at other location, again… for real? Was told they could take the images and reschedule me against n to review them, wait another couple months for Dr. Dande to maybe show up and review outdated images? Then book again for who knows when for Dr. Dande to maybe show up? This is the guy who is going to perform laser surgery on my eyes?! Terrible practice, this guy should not be there n the medical profession. Wonder if health care is paying Dr Dande for all these visits?

My father had eye surgery there 3 month ago. Today he went in for a scheduled followup and nothing has improved and worsened.Every time he has gone, he has waited at least 2-3 hours. The office is packed with too many patients that 1 doctor can't handle. He has waited to long that the nurses had to keep using eye droppers to dilate his eyes.Will no longer be visiting this office and will find another specialist.
