Awesome! Parts Dept is the best! Went in to see if I could buy a wheel lock key for my Golf. He let me know that sometimes they’re tucked into a hidden spot in the tire fix case in my trunk. Wouldn’t you know it, I had it the whole time! Thanks!

Love my VW GTI, had a great experience here with the staff here, especially Robert. Very laid back and easy to talk to, did a test drive came back and bought the car then and there. Inspiration from renting a VW (white car pictured )when we moved to the island.Super easy sale, the car basically sold itself but Robert made that transaction easier. Free car wash on weekends too. Great team here, definitely buying our next vehicle here when my wife is ready for her ride. This car has taken me on some seriously fun rides across 5 provinces and back. The drive to Tofino was amazing...Thanks again guys for making driving fun again...

In the market for a car. Visited VW Victoria for a good used car. Met with Julian who was super friendly and awesome to deal with. Tyler you are a hardball negotiator. Managed to squeeze a few dollars off him and next came Dane on the finance. The fees are a bummer I am not going to lie…everyone seem to be doing that why?? All said good day at the dealership nice sweet ride. Picking up next Thursday hope the wrap up goes as great.

Volkswagen Victora went the extra mile for us during the process of buying our 2023 ID4. They resolved all of our concerns and got back to us in a timely manner. When we picked up the car, we felt like we were adding a new person to the family! They made it very special and had all the time in the world to answer our questions. We are so happy with the car and with the dealership.

First off 5 stars to these guys for going above and beyond our expectations. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon just looking around for cars since I was in the market for a new one. We test drove a 2015 golf TDI and found out they had just got it in the day before so there were still some mechanical things they wanted to fix on the car and they said it would be ready the next week. We were just on the island for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and a mini honeymoon. We were dead set on the car and we were willing to make the trip back to get it the next week. However the amazing team of Julian and Tyler said they would do eveyrhing in their power to have it ready the next day, and they did just that. It was my first “new” car and they made the process seamless. Dane in the financing department spent his time going over all the paperwork and answering all the questions I had. I never felt pressured by anyone and they made sure I knew everything before setting off. And on top of it all Tyler had made us a reservation at the most stunning restaurant that night and gave us a gift certificate. I am so thankful for the team for everything they did for us this weekend and making my birthday so special. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone I know. Thank you guys so so much!!

We purchased the 2023 Jetta one week ago from Victoria. Katherine was absolutely amazing in helping us, and went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with our choice.
