Their strength is their reliability. Is it perfect every time? No, but they get better with time. They accept comments and they adapt to your desires. Most importantly, they come every 2 weeks like clockwork. They are very dependable and that is worth a lot to me. We have Wendolyn, and honestly she is amazing. Not only does she clean well, but she is a pleasure to have in our home. My 4 year old son loves to see her. She is kind to my dog. Before we had Wendoln, we had Gisele and she was great as well. It's a good experience that I would recommend to family and friends.

Nettoyage Krystal Clean was referred to us by a family member. We had water damage to the ceiling that was caused by water leaking from the tenant on the second floor. The ceiling had to be redone and because of the plastering, the house was a total mess and very dusty on the main floor and basement. Nettoyage Kristal Clean showed up on time with all their equipment. They went around the house and took the time to look at everything and the 2 very professional cleaners who were here prepared a game plan for the day. To me that was a WOW from the get go (showing up on time and preparing a game plan). They explained and showed me what they would be doing which I really appreciated. I than went to my home office for the day. When they were done I came out and there was more WOW. I didn't recognize our place. They took me to each room and showed me what they had done. There was no more dust from the plastering. My floors, I had never seen them so clean (as a matter of fact, I use their method now to clean my ceramic floors) the walls were cleaned and the best, my plants were even shining.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nettoyage Kristal Clean and I will for sure use them now to take care of our regular Spring cleaning.Thank you again Nettoyage Krystal Clean for having such professional cleaners.Johanne and Robert
