National Bins

Not recommended, their website is rigged so your better just calling to book a bin. Website mentioned $200 and will be available in couple days. The next day they called and told me available only following week and after a week of bin, I ended up paying more than $200 (longer time and more money than what there website specified)

This company charged me an extra $150 because there was a brick on top of my clean fill. I took the brick off before they took the bin but I was still charged. Be prepared to be extorted if you use them. I strongly recommend using a different company

Pick up of bin at the exact time scheduled. I had to get dressed to move my car and the Driver cleaned the snow off my car for me while she was waiting for me. Pick up was fast efficient and safe! Great service!

Amazing service and customer care. I rented a bin to clean out my basement. They delivered with care no damage to driveway and placed where instructed. Was a 3 day rental deal. The price was beyond worth it!! They came and picked it up a without a trace of it ever being there. The bin was large and full to the brim. I was not over charged there were no hidden fees and was much cheaper and time saving then going to the dump, donate centers or waiting for city bulk pick up and way cheaper then hiring junk removal places, which is what I’ve usually done in the past. Easy booking fast follow up. I Recommend using National bins and there staff. I will use them again.

Price was affordable, did not see any additional fees beside fees that were mentioned prior us booking a bin. Did not had any issue with delivery nor pick up. Would recommend the company.

I request you all to never rent out the bin from the national bin. They are frauds and such ridiculous people. They don't know how to deal in business. So irresponsible. They never deliver or pick up bin on time and fight with clients. I have very bad experience with national bin. We have a huge back charge from the property manager because of these guys. We suffered a lot. They are masters in only finding an excuse to not pick up the bin on time and deliver the bin on time. very very very worst experience.

I had a terrible experience with a bin rental from National. In addition to the week-long wait for delivery, the earliest pickup date was 5 days after I called...then they didn't even turn up on the scheduled pickup day and didn't call to explain. I won't be using their services again.

Bins were dropped off and picked up as scheduled. Customer service was great. Friendly staff. Bins were in good shape and the driver used wood to protect the driveway. Will rent from National again.

I had a worst experience renting a bin from them . Delivered a bin ontime and they picked up my bin without my permission called them back and they Delivered it back ,called them on June 17 to pick up your bin I'm done but it is still sitting already called 4 times was told it is scheduled for Tuesday, didn't go than Wednesday still no go and finally Friday but no go . Told them on last Wednesday please pick up your bin because my contractor bringing their bin to start my concrete work but still no help and guess what my contractor brought their bin on Friday and they can't leave it and I'm getting charged $160 because of them not only that they booked my job for this weekend and they have to cancel it and now I'm in big trouble because of national bin. And bin is still sitting on my property. I'll also complaint to better business bureau because I gave them already 3 chances...I was so upset on Friday and spoke to a girl who picked up a phone and complained and explained to her my situation she said it will be picked up today as it is scheduled but they put me down again. Never ever gonna give them my business

Pretty certain this company is trying to lose customers.They dropped my bin off Thursday as planned. Job was set to happen Friday afternoon and Saturday. Show up Friday and they've removed the bin without us filling it.Called but the person on the phone was clearly not interested in helping as she sighed and moaned and said she'd need to call me back but that I'd still be charged for using their services (laughable).Enjoy charging my card, I've already disputed your company. I'd be embarrassed to run a company like this.
