Broke my Seiko Watch (More specifically, it's the part where the watch connects with bracelet). Went to this place on a Friday afternoon as this is the only authorized repair shop for Seiko watch in Toronto. Luckily they happened to have the parts and was able to fix my watch right away. Very happy with their service and the total cost of repair was less than $20. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs to have their Seiko watch repaired.

It says in store shopping on here but it’s not so don’t waste your time coming. I went there 1 pm Friday wasn’t opened. With a sign saying they only service watches sent from online. I couldn’t even tell if they sell watches

Great service, great staff, took my Seiko quartz watch for battery replacement, they cleaned it and replaced the battery and seal while I waited for under $30. Ryan who is the front desk person was very courteous and informative, would visit there again, hope that front desk service continues.

The process for repair to watches carried in is less than a happy one. You do not go through the front door, you have to go to the receiving entrance, ring a bell and wait until someone answers the door and asks what you want. In my case it was a very helpful fellow who was easy to deal with. Who knows who else answers the door. You then are directed to a large framed hole in the wall to fill out the appropriate, very badly photocopied and cut information slip, name, serial #, what the problem is etc and told to leave the watch. You will be contacted in a week or so with the price". The repairs will take another couple of days. I did get official receipts for the watches. Guess it is efficient for them but a less than uplifting experience for the consumer. I got the impression it was a very clandestine process we were carrying out and in some way an inconvenience for Odyssey."

Be very careful with this place. I just had an unbelievable issue with them. I have sent Seiko diver for a repair under warranty for a simple bezel spring replacement. When they returned the watch to me I was shocked! They are so incompetent that they have literally bent the watch case beneath the bezel leaving noticeable gaps, wholes and scratches by using unprotected tools and with no quality control since they returned to me obviously damaged watch (see pictures). They actually tried to take off the bezel on both sides of the case (6 and 12 o'clock). They didn't admit their fault but offered to replace the whole case at no cost in 6 months time since they don't have parts in stock which I refused. Nothing else was done to fix or at least admit their mistake for a barbaric repair/damage made. It was take it or leave it. On the other hand, how they can replace the whole case if they are incompetent to take off a simple bezel. I am contacting SEIKO directly and hoping that they can resolve this unprecedented issue.

I've had my Seiko watches repaired 4 times over the past 20 years here always by walk in / drop off. Always a different amount of time to get the piece back (1-6 weeks), but they always stood behind their work each time and repaired it right away when something wasn't right (moisture under seal and a broken pin). Communication of updates could be a bit better. Prices are reasonable.

Great service. Took a few weeks to get my beloved Seiko repaired. One returned we noticed the water crystal was scratched places other than where it was when delivered for service.The staff took responsibility and had the lens replaced.

It took several phone calls and six weeks just to get my watch repaired under warranty. Two areas where Odyssey Time can improve: 1) Ensure that repairs are free of defects and 2) Provide updates if more time is required to fulfill any repairs. I found dust inside the glass which required several cleanings. This occurrence should have been dealt with before returning the watch back to the customer. However; the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating to my strict requirements.

I have a new Seiko 5 with an annoying spec of dust between the watch crystal and the case. Brought it in to have it removed. After several weeks, I picked up the watch. Dust was removed and on top of that, I noticed the watch was much more accurate than before, which means the watchmaker likely took the time to regulate the movement. Service was great but I wish the turn around time was quicker. However I would rather they take the time to do it diligently than to rush things through.

I had an issue with a Seiko 5 watch that I bought from The Hudson’s Bay Company. Odyssey Time repaired it under warranty and returned it within their stated time frame. The watch was repaired professionally and returned in perfect condition. 5 stars ⭐️ to Odyssey Time Inc.
