Great Clips
I went for a hair cut today. What I got was so uneven it's not funny when I make two braids one is two inches shorter then the other. She did take the time to make sure I knew how much she was cutting off which is great but after the first cut I couldn't really see as I had my glasses off. Its uneven and I actually tiped her because I felt guilty for not wanting to make small talk. I went for a simple trim it really should have turned out better . I would not recommend her at all.

I like their online booking system that makes it easy to get an appointment. Employees are friendly and understand their job. Reasonable priced.

Great Clips
I have been going to this great clips for years. Jack is the man to see! I love the guy and he always knows exactly how I want my hair done. I usually have to wait extra longer because he is in high demand, but he is worth the wait! There are a couple other Great Clips between my house and Lakeland, but I travel there just so I can have Jack do my hair! He's the best around! I sure hope he doesn't ever leave, not sure what I'd do then!

I have always had a really good experience and Great Clips Lakeland. I appreciate the same day appointment and wonderful service. Enjoyed having a shampoo and cut this time and have always been happy with the cut.

Went in to get a cut. Had to leave before the cut. Was to hot in there. Heat was way to high to be comfortable for the wait

I didn't actually get her name, but my stylist was competent and efficient and easy to chat with. I really enjoyed the online booking and check in system. Wait time was minimal and was accurate to what was suggested online. The price was ideal for the service received. I will definitely use their services again.
