Biemann Tree Care

Andrew was recommended to me by a friend. I called him and he came out at the agreed time to look over the project. He said he'd be happy to do it and gave me a time when he'd have a quote ready and when he'd be able to start. He emailed the quote on time. The quote was good for the work involved. We decided to go ahead as Andrew showed he was reliable with the timelines already given. He gave us a start date and kept to that time. He said he'd take 5-6 days and he took 6 days. The last day was mainly because we added mulching and shrub planting. I'm giving this detail because I know as a customer the things that are important to me and sadly lacking with many companies in the area. They don't respond, they don't keep to timelines for anything or they simply don't turn up when they say they will. Working with Andrew we experienced none of these things. This was a relatively big job. He did clearing of bush, grinding of stumps, removal of a huge tree, planting of 45 cedars, a number of shrubs, mulching of the whole area and hose placement for watering. He did it on his own. His work ethic is great and he is very knowledgable about trees and shrubs. We are both very pleased with the results of the project. He is coming back to do clean up in the fall and will be back next year to complete planting in this area. I have nothing negative to comment on and we would highly recommend him. Job well done!

Awesome job. Andrew took care of a dangerous tree for us. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He had some challenges here but took everything in stride and had a great attitude. The price quoted was more than reasonable. I would definitely work with him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Andrew!
