Reliance Kitchen Cabinet Ltd

We have been waiting for this company to provide cabinet layout and measurement drawings for a month. Tried to contact the office and owners but they did not return calls/txt/emails.Would recommend to stay away to avoid delay and stress.

Staff was very helpful, I will hire these people again for my next project, would definitely recommend them.

I would never recommend Reliance Kitchen Cabinets to anyone. They have the worst customer service to begin with, never show up/answer calls, arrived to our new house with incorrect measurements many times and recently one of or floating shelves just fell. Extremely unprofessional employees - go elsewhere!

My husband and I had a really terrible experience with this company. We renovated our bathroom and the cabinets were made and installed incorrectly to the point that our bathroom door wasn't closing. They refused to fix it and we had to pay extra and get it fixed from someone else. They blamed their installers and told us to deal with their installer. When we spoke to their installers they blamed the people that measured the area. The installerns and measurers were from Reliance Cabinetry so we were not sure why the owner wasn't dealing with their companies mistake. Also, when they we're finished the job they dumped all of the garbage on our lawn as well as any extra garbage they had from a different job.
