After almost 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone they finally sent a tech. The tech walked in on the phone, then instead of waiting to talk to someone walks straight through our employees only area without notifying anyone that he had arrived. Without notifying anyone he is going to test our exits and touch our electrical panel he starts fiddling with it and that's when I found him at the back of our warehouse. He entered the building not wearing a mask (middle of COVID) and uses the closed to the public washroom without asking or telling anyone that he was going to use it.

Unprofessional. Came to test our fire alarm on July 8, 2023. I asked him to take off his shoes but he refused. Definitely would not use these guys.

Very professional work when the technicians came to replace my condo sprinkler heads. They even cleaned up after their work.

Use this company for our yearly fire safety inspection. Rono In particular, has been awesome, always polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier with their service

I had a bad experienced with this place. I went there to refill my tank couple of times already. Lady on the front desk was nice and very accommodating but those people at the back who refill your tank most specially the white old guy was always rude and unprofessional (well he looks like one of those guys at Hastings maybe thats why). I strongly not recommend this place.

Unlike other reviews that mentioned professionalism and cleaning up after their work, I had a very different experience. The new sensor was installed askew and they left all the 3D debris on my floor. When they came back to fix the hole in my ceiling, all I got was sarcasm and attitude

Our experience with Royal City Fire was nothing but positive, Our technician, John Cathie was extremely courteous, had a great knowledge and was nothing but professional when on site. He was able to provide us with advice on certain specifications on fire extinguishers that were required for our different types of equipment that had previously been missed.

Professional made loyalty. They provide our company with good service & good job for over 7 years, furthermore tech Ronald gives excellent on call service and never disappoints us!

We experienced significant billing and inspection reporting issues with this company. We hired Royal City for an annual fire and backflow inspection. They completed the inspection, but did not file an inspection report with the city for one of the backflow valves. The city then followed up with us about the missing report.After numerous emails to Royal City to try to resolve this issue, they eventually told me that they submitted the missing inspection report to the city. However, I have now learned they submitted the incorrect result.We also had to follow up with them multiple times to be sent our invoice and other information from the inspections.We will not be using this company in the future.

Thanks for maintaining our sprinklers and fire extinguishers, always friendly and professional, not even close to anyone else in town.
