This store is well organized and has a great collection of clothing this Fall. Deedee is an amazing customer service representative and she goes out of her way to help customers. She's very friendly, helpful, and has great taste. If you're looking to shop at Suzy you should definitely check out this gem in Shopper's World.

Worst customer service.I called shoppers world Brampton store today 12-Jan at 3:13, 3:14, 3:17. I wanted to know if the item is in stock. First time they just hang up on me saying we are checking without me describing the item or providing SKU. Second time they took the SKU and said they will call back in 30 min or more so. I said you don’t have my contact number. She said I have. I said can you verify please. She hang up on me. 3rd time they again disconnected my call saying we are busy can’t talk. You come and check the item yourself or call/go other location. They never responded professionally. All I wanted to know is the stock availability of an item. Worst customer service.

I really appreciate the customer service skills of Mandy and Christine. Both are so good, polite, humble, and empathetic. Moreover, they helped me in selecting the dresses. It means a lot to me.Most importantly, the collection is awesome and decent.Than you :)))

One of my favourite stores! This particular location is my go to. Staff is very friendly and so incredibly helpful. Outfits are easy to put together as they have everything very organized and colour coordinated. Prices are very affordable and clothing is good quality. Styles of clothing are updated weekly which I love. It's hard not to want everthing!

This place is supposed to be open till 9pm and now it’s 8:34pm. I guess I have to call head office and find out why it’s closed earlier than posted.
