Too bad I have to do this. Today rented a small chainsaw to cut up remnants of a 10inch tree remnant. It was so dull it took 40 minutes to complete one cut. My engineer neighbors who have the correct equipment to do just about anything sharpened it and said it also needs a new chain as there was little left to work with. Six more cuts then in 10 minutes. Upon suggesting a discount I got a blank wall and was told it is resharpened upon every return. Nonsense! PS. I have not written a review in3 years.

Easy to pick up, staff was very friendly to show you how to work the machine. The machine was in great shape and the price for rental was very reasonable. I would rent from here again no problem. only recommendation would be a new website to easily navigate the different products with photos and also using the deposit option on the Credit Card machine, i am not really a fan of someone writing out my card number and all the information with all the new technologies but again GREAT SERVICE and just a few suggestions.
