I have always had a good experience in this store, my dog loves going in and sniffing around and saying hello. But today he started to pee on the concrete floor and a small amount splashed on a bag of cat food. I wiped it all off right away (and the bag is plastic so it didn't absorb anything), but I was made to buy it, a $65+ bag of cat food and I don't even have a cat. I get it they have a policy but that's like my groceries for the next week.Now I have to start getting all my dogs stuff elsewhere, there's no way I'll ever go back, so unfortunately they just lost a customer. I've definitely spent hundreds of dollars on food and treats over the years here, and certainly would have spent thousands more over my life, but they just lost a customer over $65.

Awesome shop. Love buying treats and toys for my dog here. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always very patient. Recently signed my dog up for another round of training, and the staff was so patient, even with me making their phone ring off the hook. The girls were so patient and so polite. I love having a shop like this so close. Truly a gem in Petawawa.

We love End of the Leash! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice open concept rustic look floor plan. Organized and clean atmosphere. High quality toys, food, grooming supplies, etc! And of course, pet friendly!

I love End of The Leash! The ladies are always so welcoming on-top of being very educated on all of their products. I find it hard to locate products for my XL breed dog in the valley, End of The Leash has everything we need and more. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Love this pet store for my cat’s everyday raw food, special treats, and toys. The selection is amazing and there is always new stock to see! The staff are friendly and have great pet care tips. This store is welcoming to pets, so there is always a chance you will get to pet a dog :)

Great atmosphere and highly knowledgeable staff, very well stocked with a large selection of toys and treats. Always fun to pop in with the fur babies and I love the convenience of taking a puppy training class on site — the staff know the products and can make the best suited recommendations for your pup!
