Very happy with my experience at Mazda Gabriel St Jacques. I dealt with Arnaud Le Gonidec as my salesperson and he was great. Answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and found me the the car and color I was looking for. Also dealt with Andrew Colasante who was equally helpful in the leasing process.

I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive to purchase a car at Gabriel from Ontario, but Arnaud and the team did a great job helping me through the process. They addressed the few concerns that I had and, helped me get winter tires at a great price. When I got to Ontario I realized that the wheel lock key was missing and they quickly agreed to pay for a new one at a local dealership. Great job and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Best first car buying experience ever! Arnaud was kind, patient, understanding and not at all pushy or over zealous. Today I went to get my car seat heater fixed. I was received by a service advisor named Patrick.Patrick was very polite and professional, he explained to me how long it will take for the car to be ready then he offered me something to drink from the coffee machine.I explained that I need to work while waiting for my car so he showed me an office where I can sit.This is the best service I got from a service advisor in years 10/10 Thank you Patrick

The sale Dep is good, but the service is VERY VERY BAD. Very rude and really do not care about people time. Here is my experience : After calling 3 times, made an appintment for service. When I got there they and left the car after two hours they told me I need to leave the car for the day. Basically, they confirm what we say on the phone is not accurate. So, If you have a day off and do not know how to waste it, here is your option.

Today was an exciting day for us, we picked-up our new Mazda. Our past experiences with other dealerships, salespersons and delivery of the vehicle was ok. Nothing to write home about.
