We discovered a flat tire just as we were heading out to an important appointment. We asked for help and cannot overstate how helpful, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced Village Auto Care were. They took us without an appointment and slotted us in, discovering the cause of the tire issue and repairing it very efficiently. We can only praise the guys here and the business for how amazing it is. Thank you.

Dropped off car with out a scheduled appointment. Mike was pleasant enough to squeeze us in. we received phone call in the afternoon regarding the problem. I find the communication spectacular in regards to keeping us informed. went and picked up our car at 4:45. Everything cool as usual. A wonderful neighbourhood mechanic in the heart of old south.

I had my winter tires switched over, the people there are all so friendly and the service is great. They offered to drive me home and pick me up while I waited for my tires, but I chose to wander around the village. They called when the work was done and the price was one of the lower ones I found when calling around. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend them. I have lived in Wortley Village for almost 20 years. I have always went by this shop and never thought to go here. I have always took my vehicle way across the city. Myself personally, I don’t trust mechanics too much and always thought this place to be overpriced. I just assumed because you really don’t see a lot of cars overcrowded in the lot.Yesterday my serpentine belt broke off, I had called as it’s only 3 blocks from my house. I was very impressed and surprised how organized and fair priced this shop is.My thoughts now have totally changed and think it doesn’t look busy because they are very organized and don’t want to have customers vehicles sitting in the lot, open to vandals and riff raft to go through.I would definitely go back to this shop also would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Had a small issue with a loose panel underneath my car. Mike had his team clean, check for damage and reattach the panel quickly and within an afternoon. The price was incredibly reasonable and I would trust them to do any work required in the future.
