Le Boat Smiths Falls

Irresponsible company that is destroying our waterway. Two fuel spills in two years from the same error because of untrained staff. Our water is more important than profit!

0/10 stars for a company who has polluted the waters in smith falls numerous times with absolutely zero accountability made. I’ve resulted in only making a review because my Facebook inquires have went ignored/removed.Do better for the waters. Mistakes happen but you’ve made no efforts to address this. And had employees harass bystanders

Yearly, there is somehow a very large oil spill in the waters caused by these boats and company. Thousands of animals dying and poisoned. People not able to have clean drinking water, a place to swim, go fishing, etc. This company has a nickname of Le Spill, because this happens so often! How can you keep making the same mistakes and never be held accountable? The first time this happened, they didn’t even call the proper authorities. I doubt they did this time either

The Le Boat staff (Jason & team) at the Smiths Falls location were amazing - courteous, kind & knowledgeable. Our 4- day adventure was an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Le Boat is responsible for two diesel spills into the Rideau river in Smiths falls in the last 3 years and they've been trying to hide it from our community, refusing to take their full share of responsibility, hindering people from documenting the damage to our waterway and wildlife, and blocking anyone who criticizes them on Facebook.This is in waters where children swim.The diesel has killed turtles and fish and who knows what else, as documented by the people of Smiths Falls.They are not a good community member. They're poorly managed and dangerous.Whatever revenue they might bring to our region is not worth the destruction of our precious water and wildlife. They need to go.

They should probably deal with the employee" who called residents of Smiths Falls inbred. I live here with my family

I meant 0 stars!!! Boycott this company they are ruining our water and beach for the kids! Their representative.can be seen on camera tryin gto stop people from documenting what they've done.

If you like diesel in your water and hate animals and the environment then this is the company for you! Two diesel spills in just over 2 years, they are destroying our waterway and couldn't care less! Le Boat management trying to downplay these events and stop concerned citizens from recording the spill is a joke! DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with a welcoming local team. I would highly recommend seeing this beautiful part of the world by canal boat - add to your bucket list!

They are killing the wildlife by their carelessness with way they operate their boats, letting leaks of diesel in the water twice since they have opened!!! Terrible!
