My daughter tore the loops holding her laces out of a boot. K C's replaced the loops with better ones AND had the bungee laces all for a reasonable price. It was a great way to save a new pair of winter boots. I would recommend them to friends

Great place to buy leather goods such as cowboy boots and jackets, and western apparel. Terrible for boot repairs and stretching.I brought in a pair of ariat boots that i needed ever so slightly stretched on the instep and when i got them back they had WAY over stretched them and even managed to somehow ruin the heel counters in the process so now my brand new $300 pair of boots are permanently ruined because the heel counters dont grip my heel anymore causing the boots to slip well over half an inch, which makes wearing cowboy boots very uncomfortable.After i went back in the tell them that they ruined my new boots the owner had the audacity to make fun of me for buying ariat boots and tell me that the heel counters weren’t ruined because of them, it was just because of ariats “bad quality”They will never be stretching another pair of boots for me, i’ve learnt my lesson. Ruin my boots, make fun of me for buying them and then expect me to still pay to attempt to fix the heel counters. ridiculous

Took a motorcycle seat to have a small tear fixed. Look at the photos to see the result. Not sure why he attempted to re-stitch the entire seat but it was mangled beyond salvage. He then used over 100 1 staples to put it together which shredded the foam underneath the leather and put so many holes in the seat pan its very likely to start to crack. I needed it to get home so I paid the bill ($300) but was promised he would order a new skin and I could ship him the seat to replace it. I never heard from him again. I ended up taking it to a place in Calgary to re-do the job and paid to have the work he screwed up re-done. If I could give zero stars I would

Best place for work shoes or boots, Blundstone dealer casual shoes. Big selection.

Will upload photos of the poor work. Took three saddles in to get fixed up and oiled, they had old leather cinches on which we asked to have changed but never were, requested that when the stirrup on an Australian saddle were put on to have the leather inspected and first time someone mounted the horse it snapped in half. The oil job looked like oil was poured on and then wiped off immediately without having cleaned the saddle.None of the work asked to be fixed was done, called Ken and he said I was insulting his work and not to come back, then hung up on me.* * * first photos of one issue uploaded, stitching all ripped out, and the person mounting the saddle weighs 135lbs and his stitching for the stirrup was almost non existent**... Honestly, there was no work done to be insulted lol. Would not recommend.

Needed a one centimetre lift on one of my shoes. He made it too high. When I went back he argued with me that I had said 1/2 an inch, which I hadn’t. Then he “fixed” it but he made it too low. Cost me $84 and I still can’t wear the shoes. I’ll never go back. Go to Canadian Footwear on Adelaide St in Winnipeg if you need a lift. They do good work.

Awesome place! Great selection of items, always the best quality and they do amazing work but above all they are super kind and always ready to serve you with a smile!

Horrible experience. Paid extra for a speedy repair and didn't even get a call saying when they were done which by the way was not next day like promised. They fixed ONE of my boots and did a terrible shoddy job which I was charged $20 for. They didn't match and I had to pay again to get them to fix the other. Common sense to make both shoes match, thanks for not calling and telling me you were going to fix" them in a completely different way than I asked for. Awful. Won't ever come back."
