I stumbled this across this but I had the pleasure of working for them although for a short period. Surprisingly I still remember quite a bit of what I had learned from you both. Dwayne and Pam were of the best employers I had ever worked for and just great people. I just wanted to say hope you both doing well. Definitely okay if you don't remember me, it has been a long time.

Dwayne and his crew did a great job getting my garden into shape. It hadn't had professional help in several years. They spent two days working on it. The whole crew worked extremely hard and my garden looks great.

Google reviews are a curious function because I believe most people can not be bothered to leave negative reviews but businesses often press their happy customers to post. So in the interest of balance here is a negative review. After some minor difficulty in actually contacting this business to give a quote for a yard cleanup they came by on their day off a Saturday. So far so good. After surveying the yard and commenting that ivy removal involved going to a different dump site, I guess more onerous for them, they gave me a quote. I agreed because of the positive reviews, the quote seemed fair and frankly the difficulty of actually arranging and getting quotes from other companies. He said he was busy and it would probably be two or three weeks before it could be done to which I agreed . At the two and half week mark my attempt to contact them to ask if they had a date yet was fruitless.A message through their website and a phone call went unanswered. In the phone message I offered them a way out saying if they could not commit to the job just to notify me so I could look elsewhere. CricketsI realize that Covid has been a boon for some industries while a bane to others but being busy is a poor excuse for this simple lack of professionalism and for wasting someone else's time.Yikes, that is quite a response to my review. I will refrain from the name calling etc. in my reply but we met in May not April and if you add on the waiting period we were into June when you failed to contact me. Obviously we remember the incident differently as I understood you agreed to the job. I think all the rest of your rant does very little to promote you or your company

Dwayne is a consummate professional in the landscaping business. He did a beautiful job of trimming our backyard bushes, as well as giving the front of our home some added ''curb appeal'. Job well done Dwayne... And much appreciated! We would recommend you in a heartbeat. Pam & Craig

Dwayne really helped us out on very short notice. We called him to clean up our yard to sell our house and he worked around our very tight time frame.
