Judith is very patient and kind. I feel that the sessions with her have helped me make improvements to my life.

For a long time I put off going to counselling/therapy in fear of not ever finding someone who could understand and help me or that would judge me. I first went to Judith for relationship therapy with my partner and her approach to things helped us a lot. Although we only went for few sessions together, this year I decided to return on my own. I have absolutely no regrets about returning to Judith. She has helped me so much and today I can see the growth within myself that I have been able to achieve because of her help. I know that Judith really cares for the people she sees, I always feel comfortable and safe sharing with her. I am so happy I found Judith, she is amazing!

Judith is an amazing and compassionate therapist. I’ve been going for approximately 6 months now and she has played a crucial part in helping manage my stress and anxiety. She’s helped strengthen my relationships and has given me many resources and tools for navigating difficult situations. She is flexible with scheduling and very accommodating whenever a problem arises. I appreciate how she implements realistic approaches to solving issues and looks at the bigger picture rather than focusing on individual problems. Trying to book an appointment with a new therapist can be intimidating but her website with online booking is extremely easy to navigate and she contacted me immediately after reaching out. I’ve tried other therapists but haven’t made as much progress or connected with them as I have with Judith. Couldn’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for an empathetic and understanding therapist!
