I came into the store to place a big order of flooring and only got attitude from the owner. Then I proceeded to order 7000$ of flooring, they forced me to pay full price before I even get anything. I payed for delivery and got it thrown on the snow infront of my garage. I started installing the floors and realized the floor is all scratched and the colored don’t match. As I come back to the store the owner threatened to push me out of his store, I start walking out and get yelled at by all the workers. This place is horrible and needs to be closed asap. Pls spread the word

Ordered and forced to pay full price for the flooring. When I got the floor I payed for delivery and they didn’t deliver, I came to pick it up and when I was installing the floor was broken and spray painted

Terrible experience !!!!! I purchased 8k of flooring and more than half was very dark colored almost burnt and when I came back to the store they refused to take it back so I had to spend more money on good flooring and now I have 5k of floors in my truck. I don’t recommend the place
