I've been going to this Tim Hortons for the past 6 months on my way back to work, and can honestly say that the service is amazing. Always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. I never have to wait and always get my items in time. Much respect to everyone there and the manager.

Great service and the interior is decorated very nicely. Problem is that it kind of has a Starbucks feel in decor instead of Tim hortons. Either way it's a Tim hortons and the staff was great. If you need your Timmie's and you're in the mall check it out at the food court

they don’t care about their customers and its clear the employees hate their job. it’s like they want to get everything over with too quickly and food was made so badly with no effort. package was also filthy when i got it.

Usually a mediocre-bad experience here. Takes upwards of 15 minutes sometimes for me to get my food. Female employees appear to stand around and chat more than work. I’ve never received a fresh hashbrown from them, they’re always crunchy and stale.

The staff here is horrible, they weren't even open yet but instead took breaks and gave their friends" free food and drinks while telling customers who are waiting to go away and not wait infront of the register. One of the workers also thought it was a good idea to put his feet on all the trays. And to top it all off this was done after a natural disaster. Horrible staff horrible location."

The new employee was nice, polite and smiley! On the other hand, the long hair girl (red hair) what an attitude with workers and talking out loud and condescending!! I feel bad for those employees!!!

They refuse to sell the three item combos. If you order one you get to the delivery counter, get two out of the three things you ordered and, when you ask for the third, they yell at you, well you didn't pay for it!". You have to go through the line from the beginning again to have it resolved because they refuse to correct it. This has happened to me several times."

I can't even remember if I've reviewed here before and usually I don't review at all. However this location is so God awful I can't help but do so. There's always a long line given how long it takes so if you work in the mall or just want to grab coffee quick, forget. Even if you do wait in line, they have the line start out of the walkway which is fine if it didn't mean they allowed people to cut the entire line. Very entitled woman cut the line today to then order half the menu. The staff said absolutely nothing which is not a first. Almost every time I talk to a someone working in or going to the mall about this location they have a bad story about rude/incompetent service.A good tip would be to walk the few few down to A&W to get basically the exact same double double or black coffee at the same size and price. Staff there is also amazing!
