Staff at this location is always professional and works in a timely matter, doesn't get discouraged by the line and manages to get through at a good pace, while making customers happy.Never have any issues with food or drink items here. I wish all tims were like this one.

Worst set up possible. Sadly gets worse by the day. Seems like management does not seem to care and has let go of paying attention to customer needs. One way in one way out. If any person was to look at the set up they would be shocked. 99% of the short staffed. If there is 1 or 1000 people in the store there is one cashier. I've been coming here for a long time it wasn't like this.

Great service and atmosphere.The only issue I have is they are always low on donuts and baked items in the evening. I wish they had more stuff to eat.

The restaurant is fine, assuming all you want is a coffee. If you plan on eating anything other than a doughnut or muffin, expect to wait a minimum of 5 minutes per person ahead of you in line. That is to say if there's 4 people ahead of you in line, it'll be faster to just find a less busy Tims.

Busy Tim location but service is pretty fast. Use the app to submit a mobile order for faster service. Tried their beyond the meat breakfast sandwich. It’s actually pretty good. You can still tell it is plant based but the flavour is close to the real thing.

Average experience at this location. Donut quantity/selection was below expectation. Garbage bins were full, tables dirty which we cleaned before sitting down but staff was great.

The staff are kind but the management must change urgently. This is the only Tim Hourtons in Ottawa that everytime when I go there they have no ice tea Quencher, passionfruit tea lemonade, and the peach Quencher. Donuts after 4pm? Forget, they won't have any, but just leftovers.

Great location, good people, but always line up , they need to put more people in rush hour...it is frustrating ..i asked double toasted my bagel...she just turned up the hit , so bagel was burned on the top and inside was cold , it was inside the toaster for like 10 second!! Why would u do that?? And this is not that lady fault , it is a manager fault because they are shirt people and they have do those order fast . So instead of saving few bucks for not putting more workers, just do the right thing Mr.manager!!It was Wednesday, 10.30 am ...April 24 2019

A small, cosy Tim Hortons in a parking lot next to a small strip mall. I liked the Christmas decorations, while my egg English muffin and hash browns were good. However, the coffee was just OK, while the person working at the cash was a bit grumpy. (Maybe it was the early morning and the grey, rainy weather outside!)

i have been coming to this tim for long time. Employees says their expresso machine not working. But what I couldn’t understand why the expresso machine is on. Simply that lead me to coup conclusions, which the first is that the employees just dont want to serve any expresso coffee, and it is really bad. Or the second conclusion is that the expresso machine actually not working, which actually worst than the first conclusion and simply because… if the employees just dont wanna serve expresso it is bad, but if it was the other way it is worst because you dont have expresso in the restaurant and yet you keep advertising that you have expresso and you dont. Simply means you wasting people time, because you should put a sign on door that the expresso machine not work, like that I am not going even to enter the tim. If that issue it is not fix, either you put sign or you fix the machine i will pressured you by wasting the customers time by advertising something you dont have.Thank you
