I am currently a resident in one of the condos managed by Equium. I have never encountered any issues while dealing with their team, who are always extremely professional and helpful. Despite the hot market conditions, I have always received a personal touch from the staff. I would like to give a special shout-out to the residential property manager, Mark, who has consistently demonstrated his professionalism and efficiency in handling all of my queries. He has always been prompt and helpful in responding to my requests. Thank you for your great work! :)

We recently moved to the Creekside building. The Equium management team has always been very understanding and provided quick support whenever we required any assistance. Professional and kind at the same time. The response time for any question is fast. This company took over management of our property only 2 months ago, and it has gone from a well managed building to a terribly managed one in that short time. There was no communication sent when condo fees were raised, I had to inquire in order to find out that had happened. There was no warning or communication given for a day of fire alarm testing that had alarms blaring every 2 minutes for hours. Our elevator hasn't been working for about 2 weeks with zero communication about why or when it will be up and running. The only communication they put up since taking over was a flyer boasting about how responsive they are. Nothing actually useful or accurate, like when we might be able to use the elevator, or if condo fees go up, or fire alarm testing is planned.

The worse management company I have dealt with so far. No one ever answers the phone, you leave a message and they call back in 1-2 days. A different person calls every time. The email is anonymous and you don't even know who you are communicating with. They have no respect for people's privacy and emailed my invoice with my personal information to other owners and emailed me invoices belonging to other people. Charged a demand letter fee without any prior email notice about outstanding fees. No consistency to who gets charged a demand letter fee and who doesn't. I will never buy a unit in a building that is managed by them.

An above and Exceptional Management Company. They respond immediately and a Huge Shoutout to Adrian who consistently goes the extra mile for everyone.Office Staff are excellent to deal with.If anyone is looking for a Management Company they are the BEST.Thank you to the Team.

As a realtor, I deal with many property management companies, Equium Group stands out in every aspect. I especially like their business practice of providing condo documents to the owners free of charge, which not only represents a cost saving of more than $300 for the owners but also saves me as the realtor and the owners as the sellers tons of time trying to put together all the documents when the time comes for the owners to sell their condos. Equium has been our Property Management Company for the past 6 months. Their customer service from the Mobile Team to Property Manager and Director level is exceptional. They are professional, engaging, and responsive. I highly recommend this company.

A huge thank you to Adrienne, the building maintenance manager for going above and beyond in helping us get our “senior” sister in law moved in. He helped us with an initial heating issue, then oversaw the move in.
