Dairy Queen (Treat)

I go to many dairy queens, its never enough candies in a blizzard but this is one of the best locations i have been too. Very nice staff love it.

We got 2 banana splits and in 1 of them, there was a hair. I told the staff in the DQ, there is a hair and she said you ate half of it and now saying there is a hair here. Well I started eating that from the side so how could I see the hair especially when it was in the middle of that. Never saw this behavior. Won't recommend this branch at all especially with unprofessional behavior from the staff.

A friend and I went to this location inside of Masonville Mall. My friend ordered a blizzard and he wanted it with coco fudge, and as the employee was making it, she made a mistake on it. My friend politely called her out on it and the employee threw a massive fit, unprofessional fit and was trying to say “I can’t hear you”. For myself on the other hand, I ordered a milkshake and they gave me attitude when the said “were out of milk” and then when I ask for something else which was my favourite blizzard by the way, they said they were out of those and acted in snarky and inappropriate way. The next best thing that I could get as a replacement didn’t taste good at all despite their claims. Overall, I would give this rating a zero if permitted. Even though I don’t normally give ratings, my message to management is you need to ensure everything’s up to standards.

Went there today and while taking my order the cashier was picking her ear and looking what she digged out. Fortunately another coworker made my order.

I generally find dairy Queen expensive but enjoyable. I will occasionally grab something small from this location. This particular time two staff members were on their phones while I stood there for a few minutes. One of which was standing pretty much at the cash the whole time with her back towards me. The other leaning against the wall while her phone was charging eventually looked up and saw me. She was very pleasant took my order and I went about my day but during the entire process the one was still on her phone with her back to the front the entire time. I'm not one to be offended, it's the times we live in, people want to check their phones time to time but there has to be a line and this was just an awful and upsetting experience.

Worst DQ in town, ordered blizzard and got melted one, when told staff, they were unreasonably rude and giving excuses.

Was incredibly disappointed by this location today. I walked to the mall with my sister to pick up a couple things we needed, and on the way out I was going to treat her to a banana split (her favorite from DQ.) However while waiting in line I happened to notice that the lady who was actually making the food was not wearing a mask. A face shield is not a mask, and does not work to protect others from your germs, ESPECIALLY while handling peoples food all day in a food court.

The staff doesn’t know how to talk with the courier drivers. They just only know how to shout and harass people infront of others. I’ll be taking am action against them

The customer service was horrible. So rude! The girl taking our order was rude and unprofessional at one point yelling at us because she clicked debit when we specifically said we were paying credit. I politely told her she did not have to raise her voice at us and she continued to yell saying she is high energy and try to argue with us about the “debit/credit” situation. To make it even worse, as I walked away I asked the other employee if she was the manager she said she was and I told her the employee was rude. Hoping for an apology and resolution. The MANAGER then began to argue with me saying her employee wasn’t rude to us and she was speaking loud because she couldn’t hear. It is safe to say I will NEVER purchase again from this company.

We tried to buy an smoothie but our debit cards weren't functioning.. then one member of the staff offered us to pay for it and made the smoothie before we could say no! We are so grateful, her favor made us our day, which was kinda awful, so we will be forever thankful with her!
