Paulson Fire & Flood

We had a house fire three years ago and it was a fight to get things done right. First, they put in the wrong tiles on my bathroom floor and then within a week of moving in our towelRack and toilet paper holder fell off the walls. My sons closet door wasn’t put in properly and we had to break it to get it out. They only painted half my door in the basement and I had to paint that myself. The worst part was that they didn’t insulate the attic properly and we got mould on our ceilings in 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. We had them come in and check it, after calling multiple times. They said everything was good in the attic and it wasn’t their fault. We had to bring in another company to come look at it where they said they did a horrible job up there. We had him write a long letter to our insurance company and then Paulsons had to come and fix the attic, ceiling and walls, but it was definitely a fight to get that done.

No longer owned by Rob Paulson Alana has retired. Extremely poor project management. Painted a room wrong color ...missed a stain on the cealing. Wore work boots over carpet..no floor protection

Rob and his team at Paulson were top notch! They went out of their way to ensure everything was done properly and professionally. I had a full reno on our home and 3 years later, it’s still holding up and looks brand new. They did not cheap out on anything, and we really appreciated that! I’ve been recommending them for years and will continue to do so.
