Everyone is so pleasant, from security, to front reception staff to all that work there. Easy access and you are able to get everything you need done in a timely manner.

We were taken care of right away, even though my appt was a half hour later. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Under the privacy and covid 19 vaccine passports it clearly states, individuals must have true choice. CONSENT MUST NOT BE REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF SERVICE. Meaning you don't need to show proof of vaccination. Nobody can deny you service for it. Read the statutes of Canada 2017, an act to PROHIBIT AND PREVENT GENETIC DISCRIMINATION. That is protected by the charter of rights and freedoms. I go to places with no mask nor do I show proof of anything. They can't stop you. Fight back.

Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington Public Health is currently only serving Kingston and Napanee. If you ask them who you are supposed to contact regarding Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, they will answer KFL&A Public Health.They have just cancelled my 80+ year old mother's second dose, scheduled all the way back in March for July 18th and personally assured me it is all my fault for not rebooking it sooner when that became available.And they are not booking appointments because they have run out of doses but they have enough doses and it should be rebooked but I should have rebooked two months ago instead of relying on the booking they automatically provided. However, it is clear in speaking with them, it is all my fault.

The staff were phenomenal. Vaccine took a while because they accepted walk-ins. No biggie. 4 stars because a dude was right behind me for the half hour I waited and there was not enough room to get away from him, too small of a waiting area in and outside. The staff did everything in their power to separate us without putting on a show.

The nurse who gave my teenager their vaccine was terrific! He provided different options to help my child feel comfortable. His demeanor helped my child stay calm. We appreciated the attention and care given, as well as the time taken to help my teenager deal with how the vaccines made them feel.

We take our children here to get immunizations, so we visit often. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and pleasant. I usually get really anxious for health appointments of any kind but I almost get excited to go visit KFLA. Thank you for creating such a positive environment!

Every time I have needed to interact with or receive services from KFL&A Public Health staff, I have been impressed and wowed. They are attentive, insist on finding solutions for health issues, and their facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Our communities are so blessed to be under the care of such caring, intelligent, professional, and attentive people. Thank you so very much.

Super annoying that updating my child’s vaccination records online with the health unit did not seem to work. I work 9-5 Mon-fri so extended hours of operation would be excellent since I have to physically take in copies of records that for some reason they don’t have. I updated online over a year ago, took them until now to decide it’s not updated and my fully vaccinated child cannot go to school until it’s sorted out. The school has her vaccination history.
