I visited this marks for the first time since they moved from the old Baldwin location and i had a really good experience!The staff was very friendly, especially this one individual named Matthew who was the manager while i was there. I was very impressed by his level of competence, especially for someone so young. He obviously knew what he was doing and was very educated in product knowledge, as well as the layout of the store. He was also really kind and very patient with me- something i appreciate as an older person who is used to to young people being snippy with me when i don’t understand something or can’t use the technology. Overall i was very impressed with the customer service and will be returning!

I love Mark's, their quality is undeniably the best. Awesome selection of women's, men's clothing , shoes/ boots and accessories. To get their best deals shop on their sales or on their clearance days. This store is now reopened and following Proper Covid -19 protocols.

ZERO STARS! Store Manager and staff are absolute trash, need to be educated on human rights and laws, should all be fired for discrimination! I was refused me service due to my religion and religious beliefs. Good job Mark's you're doing an absolute fine job at training your employees... Keep up the fine work boys! Bravo

We can debate whether mark's is expensive and\or overpriced, has good deals or not. What we can not debate is the lack of customer service and professional staff specially at this location! Unfortunately l ran into Mathew the ultimate non-professional person who evencalled himself Manager. It is beyond me why Mark 's would have such an unqualified, unresponsive, non-caring individual as a customer service clerk let alone as manager on their staff. It is telling, however, since l have run into extremely poor service at a different Mark's location as well.

I was very pleased with Aniba’s wholesome, kind, friendly personality. She was very helpful to me and my service dog, Chubsy. I hope to run into her again next time I go ☺️.However I am disappointed that I never hear One Direction playing at Mark’s :( please spice up your playlist with Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan. Could you also play Blackpink so that Hopper will be satisfied !

Old habits die hard I guess. I have received a flyer in the mail with a discount on an item I wanted. I went to the store only to find empty shelves for pretty much everything that was advertised. Of course, I was told everything sold out... which rimes well with bait and switch in my book. A piece of advice for the dinosaur" retail: adapt or disappear

got 2 pairs of shoes over half price off in-store sale and a jacket worth 250 for 80 bucks well stocked store clean and safe flyers are good to watch for but the unadvertised in-store sales are dirt cheap and name brand quality
