Great customer service. Ingrid was very helpful, she went out of her way to help me get what I was looking for. She called the manufacturer to check on a size that they didn’t have in stock and was able to order it and get it within a day. Always kept in touch, easy to communicate with. Magda was great too when I spoke with her on the phone. I had a very pleasant experience here, great selection too. I highly recommend this place.

Don't waste your time at this place. All items are way overpriced and the store in general doesn't offer much variety. It's so obvious that the staff is desperate to make a sale.Upper Management is rude and unprofessional.

We got the air cast boot here for my husband here only because this is the closest home health care shop near our place. We came back again to buy a cane. We were comparing 2 canes, and asked shop assistant for price. She told us they are both $40. Later I saw a price label on one of the package and it is $30. I guess they just randomly give the price??? BTW, they don't have a price label for the other Airgo cane. But I found the same one on Amazon and it is $26.99.

I went to the store because I got tennis elbow as a result of my computer based job. The staff were patient with me and gave me genuine and honest product recommendations. While I was there, I took a brief look at the store and saw they had a whole variety of products. Overall, a really pleasant experience, I recommend it for anyone looking for honest and personal care.
