Roy Thomson Hall Underground Parking

I like the place it's very nice, but the name should be more visible.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a very scary experience!!!When I went to pay for my parking the machine said “unable” to read, I pushed the help button and explained what was happening.. the man that’s supposed to be security tells me “this happens all the time, it’s damaged” but nothing was wrong with the card, it wasn’t bent or damaged. I asked him how I’m supposed to pay? He said “well you can give me $16 cash OR you can pay for a lost parking ticket which is $36 dollars” I said well it’s not lost? But I only have visa .. he said “nothing I can do, you’ll have to pay $36 dollars” he was extremely rude and would stop answering my friends and I on the speaker. thankfully between my 3 friends came up with $16 dollars cash when we met with him I asked him his name.. he told me his name was josh. I told him I will be contacting his manager .. he went on and said “I’ll let you try to Call my manger I’m not letting you out” after telling him I would call the police if he didn’t let us out of the parking lot then he took the money from me and said “go get out”I have this all on camera. BE CAREFUL IN THIS PARKING LOT!!

Clean and was cheap for downtown parking on a week night.

Horrible experience. On Saturday, it took AN HOUR (literally, it was 60 minutes!) to get out of the parking garage after a TSO concert. We didn’t even move for the first 20 minutes or so!

A little hard to find the entrance. It is on the South side of the building on Wellington Steet. Watch out for the one way streets. Reasonable rates for the evening. Good spot to park for Roy Thomson, Royal Alexander and Princess of Whales theaters.

Good, lots of available spaces for 8pm show on a Thursday night. Flat rate of $15. Parked here at 5pm, went for dinner before the show. Plan ahead... lots of traffic and construction in the area causing many delays!

Street level sign advertises evening flat rate is $10. Once you go inside and are stuck it’s $20 due to “event pricing”Elevator takes you conveniently out onto King St in front of the Royal Alexandra Theatre.

Scary! Creepy security who trapped me inside the lot, alone, at night and threatened to not let me leave unless I had a ‘better attitude’ despite having already paid for parking. I threatened to call the police and screamed. This is not a parking experience anyone should have to endure and is particularly traumatic for a woman, alone, at night. DO NOT PARK HERE! I will be escalating this complaint as I see other people have been held against their will forced to pay again.

Underground parking at Roy Thomson Hall was a deal. Walking distance to the theatre district. Only $10!

Unbeatable parking lot when you go to Roy Thomson Hall. And price is competitive when compared to nearby places.
