I’m not usually a Karen but this store has turned me into ☝️ one. By far the worse customer service. we’ve been waiting for an order shipment for close to two months now. I called atleast once or twice a week because they kept telling me it would be in this day it’s been over a month now. Also they promise to call me back not a single call back.

We just bought a mattress from the Yorkton Brick, previously I have had not great experiences here but then we met Jen. She was so helpful in deciding on a mattress that would suit our needs, and had lots of information on mattress quality as well as pricing and deals. She met us once and remembered our names and our 2 kids names. She is a great person to deal with and would shop again at The Brick soley because of her. Thank you Jen.

Went to the store and it was super clean.Met store manager(Sartaj). He was super helpful in finding and selecting furniture for my new house. Super happy with my purchase and furniture is super durable. Discounts were super good too.
