Northern Fitness has great prices and hard to find items. The customer service was great. The emails usually return within 24 hours. I purchased an item but wanted to exchange shortly after and it was completed quickly and smoothly.I look forward to my next order here.

Ordered a pair of bowflex 1090 dumbells from Northern Fitness on a Friday. They processed the order on Monday and by Wednesday it had shipped. However due to a routing error by UPS (no fault of Northern Fitness) , I only received one of the dumbells. I called customer service and spoke with Ashley who was incredibly helpful (and very nice). She got on it right away and tracked down my missing dumbell, and it was delivered the very next day. Plus, the pair was much cheaper than buying direct. Great prices and customer service! 5/5. Would buy again

Purchased Keiser M3i bike and had it shipped to Vancouver at no additional charge . Package arrived as scheduled . All along I received updates for my shipment and my questions were answered promptly.Thank you for your quick follow up Kierra , I appreciate it. We had the best experience at Northern Fitness. First, their website is so easy to use with effortless checkout. Their prices are AMAZING! We shopped around and were so impressed with the great value we found at Northern Fitness on the exact same product we were looking at in big brand stores.We were in touch with customer service for assistance. They were fabulously helpful and accommodating.Pick up was a piece of cake and having a location on both sides of Toronto gave us options to fit in pickup with other errands.Northern Fitness will definitely be the first place we look for our future fitness equipment needs. I recently ordered the Ironmaster 45lb adjustable dumbbell set from Northern Fitness. My product was delivered on time; however, I only received the handles without the weights. I reached out to customer service and advised the same. Ashley Huab responded promptly advising she would look into this matter for me. Two boxes of weights we're shipped out a few days later to me. I received my full order and I'm very happy. Ashley was a great help and I can't thank her enough.

I received the Orion squat rack from Northern Fitness yesterday. The rack was very easy to set up. All the bolts are the same size which made assembly a breeze. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very sturdy for a home gym rack. I also ordered 300 lbs of plates. Very happy with them as well. Excellent quality.

Review for Altas M810 light commercial gym with Altas AL-3018 bench:Everything is assembled and working as expected, no issues. The assembly took some patience and likely would have benefited from having an additional person to assist, but it was manageable.Can do pretty much everything I'm looking for in a home gym, save for maybe leg curls?Excellent product!
