I love J&S! The selection of products is amazing! There is a wide range of quality products for all types of skin. Some of the lines are expensive but there is definitely something for everyone. The owner is very helpful and knows every product so well. I definitely recommend it for gifts too, there are many luxurious soaps, lip balms, and perfumes.

Helpful service. They outfit the entire family with grooming essentials by listening well and knowing their products. I buy minimal items and for the price tag everything from here lasts long and performs amazing.

The place in Toronto I go to for higher-end hair and face care products. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and always seem to make good recommendations for me. They are the only store to carry a lot of products that I enjoy such as the Malin+Goetz large bottles of Cilantro Conditioner and Ursa Major hair products. Wonderful little store!

I can’t remember if I’ve already posted a review or not but I really love this store. The owner is the sweetest, most genuine man and his only employee is just as lovely. They’re also both extremely knowledgeable and never pushy- just excited to share what they have and what they know.

Today I went into the shop to find it completely renovated, looking fantastic! I was taken care of by Sophie who was so lovely, gave me some great insight on various products while allowing me the space and room to browse freely whilst also being attentive and conversational. I have always shopped online as I live 2 hours away from Toronto, the service from Joel has always been first class, courteous and obliging. I am so happy with my shopping experience here! I spoke with the representative, Joel, about their products and his recommendations for Malin + Goetz and other brands I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find an amazing product, the Riversol Anti-Redness Serum, that even after one day I am in love with! Great experience today at Jacob & Sebastian. Stopped by since I noticed they’re one of the limited few retailers selling Baxter of California in Toronto. The associate was extremely knowledgeable, affable, and attentive to my skin care needs. I was also given some great insight on other skincare brands that I’ll be adding to my personal arsenal. 10/10 experience and I’ll be back for sure.
