Although they sell Bark collars (spray style) for well over $100 each, they don't keep the refill cartridges in stocks. We bought 2 for our Corgi puppies, and were very surprised. I spoke with the store manager who advised me that the warehouse was out of stock and she did not know when they would be getting more cartridges in. She offered either to accept the PetSafe bark collars back, if we had purchased them within 60 days and had our receipt, and she also advised me that a store in a neighbouring community had a small amount of cartridge stock. I drove 45 minute return trip to the other store.This is not a very good solution for an expensive purchase. In training, you can't stop and start as store inventory allows. We are disappointed.
