1 small spare part took 2 weeks to get delivered and once installed the dishwasher still leaked! I suggest to look somewhere else to have the job done quicker and finished properly.

Je ne comprends pas les mauvaises revues. J'ai eu à faire à deux réparateurs, un qui est venu évaluer (il y a deux semaines), l'autre qui est venu réparer/ remplacer (aujourd'hui), les deux la grosse coche. Très gentils, compétents, ponctuels, et ont même pris du temps en plus pour m'expliquer deux ou 3 trucs d'entretien. Je les garde précieusement dans mes contacts et hésiterai pas à refaire appel. Très très satisfait

Quick word of warning to anyone getting appliances repaired. We recently engaged electromenagers g paquette to repair our dishwasher. They made two service calls to effect the repair which failed after one day. I purchased a replacement dishwasher and when taking out the old one found the issue. A failed electrical connection that the service call missed. This is the mains wire supplying power. iIt was burned likely due to poor installation caused contact issues resulting in thermal overload. I would advise against using this company, the work is shoddy and the customer service poor. To clarify they did not install the dishwasher but rather missed a key step in identifying the problem and in doing so missed a critical fire hazard.

Terrible company. It’s 4 months my fisher and paykel is not working. First technician came and it still wasn’t fixed. Now they told me they were coming today (1 month later from initial day they came) and cancelled last minute. WORST COMPANY. Worst part is that they were paid the first time they came. I lost a day of work. They are crooks !

I called for information and an appointment to repair my stove and after waiting 25 minutes I got a very VERY rude woman who right away told me how much it costs for assistance, pretty much 300$ for one hour, and that there is nobody available until mid NOVEMBER.Worst client service I have experienced in a long time.Le pire service client que j'ai connu depuis longtemps.

I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. It took them 4 months to finally tell the warranty company that the stove could not be fixed. They came 7 times over 4 months and even changed the same part twice. I do not know how they are still in business.

The worst service I ever had. I spent over 400 CAD for a dishwasher that never ended up working. They refused any reimbursement and did not answer to my calls for a week. The sales responsible, Sylvie Dussault completely lacks professionalism. Really disappointed. I strongly not recommend them. They not even deserve the 1 star.

Worst of the worst nightmare ! No service whatsoever!!!

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I waited 2 weeks for a small piece to fix my stove. They repaired it but the technician broke it when installing it didnt check if my stove worked and when I came home and tried to turn it on it blew my stove. Did I mention it was a gas stove. So it blew right next to the gas line. When I called I got treated like dirt. They dont want to listen. I got accused of threatening when I didnt and I called the CS rep out on that. Now because they broke my stove I cant even make pasta for my son because not even the top range works because they broke my stove they expect me to wait patiently till the piece comes in. I have a 4 yr old I need to feed. Cereal is not a meal. Never call these people for help they are the absolute worst company to deal with. If i could put 0 I would. They r thieves
