RISE Home Inspections
Ryan was extremely detailed and communicative during his inspection. He was able to thoroughly explain his process and identify considerations on the spot for review prior to receiving the full inspection report. Ryan was flexible, and punctual, which is incredibly valuable in such a fast moving market. In the future, I would seek the use of Ryan's services again.

Ryan arrived a few minutes early. Good explanation of what he would be doing, and he was very thorough in his inspection. Any issues were covered as to how serious, what needed to be done, etc.This was one of the best home inspections we've participated in, and would have no reservations in recommending Rise Home inspections.

Scott has to be the best home inspector in all of Toronto. He is a meticulously hard worker who answered all my questions with patience and approachability, he explained issues he found during the inspection thoroughly, and he made sure I was satisfied during every step of the process. His professionalism and academic understanding of his work, mixed with how much he clearly cares about his clients, left me very impressed. I will certainly work with him again.
