In my experience with CARSTAR, Gatineau Centre in Hull on Saint Joseph. The work is VERY poor quality, they are dishonest, and customers should document their auto parts being repaired.Write down the auto part numbers, if possible. A brief description and condition of the auto parts being repaired and some pictures. This will be handy for your repairs somewhere else.This particular CARSTAR is insurance recommended, that is disappointing.I regret taking my vehicle to this body shop a hundred percent (100%).My repairs were quoted for two days for a minor front bumper. I waited, one month and nine days . MY VEHICLE NOW REQUIRECORRECTIVES REPAIRS. The time frame is less than two weeks, when I found out the problems.I went back to the body shop and showed them the issues, and I continue to wait.D'après mon expérience avec CARSTAR, Gatineau Centre à Hull sur Saint Joseph. J'ai attendu, un mois et neuf jours. MON VÉHICULE A MAINTENANT BESOINRÉPARATIONS CORRECTIVES. Le délai est inférieur à deux semaines, lorsque j'ai découvert les problèmes.Je suis retourné à l'atelier de carrosserie et leur ai montré les problèmes, et je continue d'attendre.

Waste of my time ! Took time off from work to get a quotes they never get back to me i keep calling they say they will email it in 20 minutes … been waiting for over 2 weeks and keep lying saying well send it ! Not professional at all !! I should have went to another shop to save time !!

Outstanding service and professionalism. David Baker and his team went above and beyond in their service. My car repairs were perfect and he truly went above and beyond in providing excellent service. I highly recommend Cartstar Gatineau on St. Joseph, kind, competent and professional.

I went here after getting rear ended and needed to have bodywork done on my car. Friendly staff, quick and to the point. They take good care of you and are very transparent about the whole process so you don't need to worry about anything.
