Below is my previous comment on CanLab. HOWEVER; THEY APPEAR TO SORTED OUT THEIR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, and are back to very good customer service!! Well done guysTerrible customer service. Got my order wrong, nobody answers the phone. When you call message is in French!! Only one province understands French. Hello...so now I cant leave a message. Placed an order and wired the money over a month ago and never heard back from them. After writing several emails, I got one reply to send a screenshot of the transaction from my banking app. Have not heard back from them since that (2 weeks ago).This feels more like a scam than a legit business!!! Costumer service does not seem to exist. Absolutely not recommended.
