more of a parking lot than an RV campground, limited wifi, EXPENSIVE for tenters (don't do it!!) You're better off going to the town park where it's free or the campground out of town for $10 rather than paying $25 a NIGHT to tent here!!!

Try and camp here you will not regret it. Easy walk into town. Lots of wildlife including Bald eagles in the area.

We would not stay there again! It is not worth the money! It's mostly gravel, you have to share a picnic table with your neighbour. He can't even paint the picnic tables, he's only in it for the money. He walks around like a sergeant, I'm sure he watches everyone with binoculars. If he see a little kid throw a rock in the water, he's right there! The trailers are so close together, no privacy at all! He has one portable toilet for the whole r.v. park. He could at least have 2 but he's so cheap. Internet is hit and miss for a couple of hours here and there but you have to walk up to the shack where you might get it. We would not stay there again!

Great little spot on the lake. Views were amazing and the owner was helpful and friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with location, views and site. It can get a little crowded when its full, also there isn't much else available besides power and water but if you're alright with just those then this is definitely a great spot to stay and the price is reasonable.

The spots are very tight at this RV park, but what makes the stay is the view . The view is one of the best I have seen. The site has Power and water, but no sewer .There is Wi-Fi but it is only turned on for 4 hours a day . You have to drive about 3km to a sani-dump .

We loved Atlin and this campsite !I see a variety of people who have stayed here and quite interesting the reviews. Some unfair in my view.We stayed in late Sept 2020,I had called him 10 days prior to book a spot, he was in the process of blowing out the pipes and closing for the winter as winter was knocking on the door, he said if it was closed to just park and enjoy for free. Power and water off.To our delight when we arrived he was open due to extended great weather. Almost all the stalls were taken, a few minutes after we arrived trying to figure out our options the owner walked over and greeted us with a rate card and a copy of the local Atlin paper. He offered a special stall which is a small peninsula with water and power and its own nice covered picnic table, a nice fire pit, next to the marina with the mind blowing view we came for, only 35 buks, lots of activity in the water, Muskrats busy patrolling their territory and lucky for us a Mink !He was the one that pointed out the mink and commented it had been many years since a mink showed up there. He was more than helpful in any local information.Next to the campsite is a unique set of cool art on its own peninsula. A series of Cairns ( stacking rocks) is on display. Its quite a peaceful trendy spot to enjoy, beautiful clear water, from tiny to large it was a rewarding short activity to take in, I even made my own, you can too as I understand, its surely a special artistic spot. Please do not alter the existing art but compliment it.Atlin is sooo peaceful, that view is mysterious, breathtaking and moody, as the light changes, each time you look to the water, island, mountains, clouds, reflections, etc each is a unique picture, I could spend a week there. Such a gentle and feel good easy going view.Time to sit back and take it in, the odd fishing boat will cruise by and come right into the marina, all of them were stealth, no excessive noise.A local Beaver pilot docks his plane adjacent to the campsite, we got to watch him fly in and out several times taking his hunting buddies to places only accessible by plane, one of his trips 2 bull moose were caught, got to see the majestic tagged racks before they were hauled away by his local friends. The campsite is simple, its up to you to make your own magic in special surroundings. Easy to walk to the main center of town.So happy we got the Penthouse Stall. In our trip this campsite and view is at the top of the list in places we enjoyed the most. Hope you enjoy too. The only reason it only gets 4 stars is no sani dump so manage your water well. Thanks to the aging owner for hanging in there. Keep it going, A few photos to share, many thanks to Marty Mellway a former resident / Park Ranger for initially recommending Atlin

We pulled into Atlin, BC having no clue what to expect as Atlin was showing a population of about 500 pple. Norm at Norseman RV was lovely. All his sites are right on the water. He has power and water sites or not If you don't need it. The campsite is very simple and quiet and you are quite close to your neighbors if that's not your thing. It has a very small marina you are camped at with about 30 boats. We loved it!! The best thing about the entire site is the view. It is spectacular hands down!! Norm brought us wood for our fire and even took the time to stop and go over the history of Atlin and the area. It is a quick walk into town from here. No need to drive.
