Tod at Rest Assured Home Inspections was great to deal with. We were encouraged to be at house during the inspection and he educated us throughout the process. He was very thorough and even had the report to us the same day. Tod was personable, but remained professional. I would definitely recommend this company for your home inspection.

Had the pleasure of working with Tod. This was our first home purchase and it was a really stressfull time. He was calm and patient, provided clear and simple explanations about what services he was providing, what he was seeing, why he was / was not making notes about his discoveries, and tips for me on what I should follow-up with.His help with our home inspection was definitely a bright spot on the whole process. Tod is very knowledgeable and pro in doing pre-purchase home inspections. We are the first time home buyers and Tod made it easy for us by being really thorough. He also accommodated to do home inspection on short notice prior to subject removal. He did allow one of use to be with him during entire inspection duration and provided opportunity to ask as many questions as we want. He is really patient in providing details and very much customer oriented. Thank you Tod for your amazing service and detailed report with clear pictures. We will surely reach to you for future too. As a first time home buyer everything is new and confusing, but from the moment we spoke to Tod on the phone he made the whole process of a home inspection crystal clear - we knew exactly what to expect, how it would be carried out and when it would happen. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest - and paid such attention to detail that we feel calm in the knowledge that we know everything we need to know about the house we are looking to purchase. We would recommend him to anybody who needs a home inspection - especially if you are a first time buyer!

Tod was great. He was extremely professional in all facets of the inspection. He was there well ahead of our appointment time. He was thorough and knowledgable and cleaned up after himself everywhere he went.Sometimes spending three hours with a stranger can be tedious but Tod was very personable and easy to get along with. Tod did an excellent job with my recent home inspection. I was able to book the inspection within days of my initial call and he was approachable and informative throughout. I attended the entire inspection and Tod did a good job answering my questions and including me in the process. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and client oriented. We had a home inspection done by Tod, and he was excellent for us who were first time home buyers. He was very thorough and was able to squeeze us in on the day of subject removal no less. Within a few hours of having the inspection completed he had sent over a full report which was very easy to read and had a ton of pictures to go along with any information provided. We'll certainly be using Tod in the future for anymore inspections and would recommend him to any of our friends.

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my recent home inspection with Tod. Right from the first message I left to Tod that I needed an inspection within days to the conclusion of the inspection. He promptly called me and was able to do the inspection within short notice. During the inspection Tod was professional and explained everything he was doing clearly and the outcome of his findings. Rest Assured Home Inspections
Fantastic experience with Tod. We did our home inspection remotely as we are moving from out of town. We never met Tod in person and weren't able to attend the inspection itself. Tod provided a detailed report of the inspection and spent 30 minutes that evening going over everything with us. He was helpful, informative and patient with us as new home buyers. I would happily recommend his services to anyone in need of a home inspection.
