This weekend was sooo hectic but the girl with the braids I think her name was Meiko was super helpful and positive. <3 Also such a good deal and good selection! Happy there is a new location near me.

**Grand opening day wait times had nothing to do with the store nor the staff they even extended their sale from 3pm to the end of the day so everyone could participate**With such a wild grand opening the staff did such an amazing job with crowd control. They talked to everyone and even gave away snacks to people and still gave great customer service in the store after everything. This new location is nice and cozy and stocked well. Huge shoutout to the whole team for creating a great experience.

50% off the entire store and albums on the grand opening was an excellent deal. However, I think it is ridiculous that some people stood in line for about 9 hours just to get into the store, especially in the hot sunny weather. The line barely moved and people were not allowed to go inside even though others had left. The system and flow of customers going in/out had some issues in it, although the staff were trying their best to be helpful. I love shopping at Artbox but I hope this doesn't happen again for future new store openings.

This is the best place ever. It definitely is overpriced- TWICE its worth in korea- but it has such cute items and a wall stocked with albums. Loved it

The wait for opening day was long, but expected with the 50% off discount. The staff were really patient even though some people were complaining. They even gave out drinks for everyone waiting in line! I really enjoyed chatting with Meeko as we waited at the door. Was really happy with my purchases and will definitely go back for future buys!

Such a fun experience!! All the staff was super sweet and fun❤️ thank you so much for such an amazing sale!!Everyone complaining about the long wait times like come on sales like these have long wait times and if you’re not willing to wait then come early or you can leave.

Opening day was so busy and the workers were working so hard! They even gave out water AND YAKULT for the people waiting in the heat. The one at the door, Mieko, made small talk with us about TXT while we were waiting and it was so fun! 1000000% will go back any day!
