Port Burwell Lighthouse
This Lighthouse is one of the oldest on Lake Erie and one of the best things to check out in Port Burwell. During the summer you can climb to the top for an incredible view of the area. There are informative signs and plaques sharing more information about the lighthouse and local history nearby. Plenty of free parking in town.

Port Burwell Lighthouse
This is a must visit if you are in the area.Our family owns a cottage in the area and whenever we make the trip back, we always go to this lighthouse. Its completely made out of wood and has step stairs to the top. Once at the top...amazing view of Lake Erie.Surrounding this lighthouse is more historic pieces such as an anchor from schooner NIMROD which sank after colliding with another ship.Across the street is the museum which is another awesome attraction that you must see.Highly recommend visiting this lighthouse.

Port Burwell Lighthouse
I love these sorts of attractions. The construction of the building is fascinating to look at. Be warned that it is a rather steep climb to the top! I personally enjoyed the view and a few hawks even flew by.

Very steep stairs and only three people can fit at the top. It is a nice view but you can't get very nice images because the windows are so dirty. It is nice to see if in the area.

We didn’t pay admission to climb to the top but the kids had fun walking around outside to take a look at the giant anchor and engine. Great little stop on way down to beach.
